What Makes Our Honey So Pure?

We never purchase bees from suppliers of queen bees or beehives.  We rear our own stock.  All of our beehives are descended from colonies that previously lived on their own, without the “benefit” of beekeepers or pharmacists or other modern animal husbandry practices.  These bees were healthy and self-sustaining before they came to live at Wagon Wheel Ranch.

Unlike industrially-produced honey, we do not allow our honey to experience temperatures higher than what is normal inside a beehive.  We maintain the honey at natural temperatures so that all the native nutrients are unaffected, therefore creating a truly raw honey. Nothing taken away, nothing added.

And, unlike many honey bee hives in the USA, here at Wagon Wheel Ranch we NEVER feed the bees High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)!
